Project Details

During this period at school we were required to create a game with Unreal Engine 4 for mobile devices using ARM graphics chips. For our project we decided to create a top-down shooter game. Our main focus was on delivering an experience with as good as possible graphics while retaining good framerates. My role within this project was to manage a team of 6 programmers and communicate with the design, production and art departments of the team about the progress of the programming team and discuss issues we encountered within the project. Alongside being tech lead, I also worked on several features such as the touch UI and the ultimate move mechanics.

Onslaught was showcased at the ARM booth at GDC.
